The Brazilian Tonca bean possesses a wonderful aroma of rum, hay flowers, and bitter almonds with an elegant note of nutmeg and cinnamon. Coupled with the delicate organic vanilla from Madagascar and the caramel character of coconut blossom sugar it enfolds a delicate tropical flavour.
This blend is perfect for sweet rice dishes, cooking, baking cakes, soufflés, and much more. It is an ideal sweetener for tea and coffee, but also for spicy dishes and salads. Dosage: Apply a quantity equivalent to the amount of raw sugar that you would normally use (1:1 replacement).
